sono una donna che lavora fulltime [ed una mamma-dilettanteallosbaraglio]. non ho la donna delle pulizie nè la cuoca. se devo pensare a come investire il mio poco tempoliberoquotidiano, certamente preferisco arrancare e ramazzare dietro i disastri di Samuel duenne, piuttosto che pensare e poi elaborare un pasto[completo e sano].
freezer e forno sono per me luoghi sacri. attingo da uno e mi servo dall’altro!
i mitici precotti (farine per polenta e farinata, cous cous, legumi che non richiedo ammollo quaresimali) mi salvano in corner otto volte su dieci mentre le cose fresche da metter in tavola(affettati e formaggi) accompagnati a tutto ciò che di apriechiudi si trova in dispensa me la fanno cavare le due volte restanti!
così la scampo dal lunedì al venerdì sera [tanto, un pasto veramente sano, ricco e completo Samuel lo fà quotidianamente al nido. santissima subito la mensa scolastica!!]
il week end sarebbe fatto per riposare. infatti, fra un pisolo e l’altro incastro le pulizie generali, l’accatastamento del disordine cumulato nei cinque giorni precedenti, la spesa, un minimo di public relation e lo spadellamento meno fast food del solito!
le mie specialità sono pizza, lasagne e crostata.
per tutto il resto sperimento, e non garantisco sul risultato!
da qualche anno però, ho sviluppato una grande capacità sulla preparazione di quella che è la base di tutte le ricette, o quasi.
è sufficente lasciarsi guidare da gusto e olfatto.
ed il gioco è fatto!
se poi ci sono in zona orti e giardini, diventa anche parecchio economico!!
il dado.
le cuoche provette sapranno certamente qual è la sua funzione[esalta il sapore delle pietanze_pure le mie_].
io lo faccio in casa.
ci metto quello che più mi piace.
è fresco, gustoso e semplice da realizzare.
ingredienti:
-carote
-cipolle
-sedano (se piace)
-rosmarino
-salvia
-timo
-prezzemolo
-sale grosso (io uso quello rosa dell’Himalaya)
preparazione:
tagliare tutti gli ingredienti grossolanamente ed infilare nel mixer (tutto, ad eccezione del sale). una volta sminuzzati aromi e verdure mettere in un recipiente capiente ed aggiungere il sale. mescolare il composto e di tanto in tanto colare e buttar via l’acqua che si crea per reazione chimica [è amara e non serve]. quando l’impasto risulterà compatto e semi asciutto si potrà travasare in un barattolo ermetico e riporre in frigorifero.
il tempo di conservazione garantito è di sei mesi.
il risultato è il seguente:
non bello da vedersi ma,sano e gustoso!

io vado a occhio. comunque le proporzioni dovrebbero essere
60% verdure e aromi 40% sale
P.S. prima di aggiungere il sale alle pietanze in fase di elaborazione, consiglio di assaggiare.
